Every pet-client is given a chakra stone for positive energy
All sessions take place in a tranquil and nurturing environment, creating a positive experience for your dog. We recommend using the calmest and quietest room in your home, along with their favorite blanket or soft bed to help them feel at ease.
Cancellation Guidelines:
1. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
2. Cancellation Fee:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.
- If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), the full session fee will be charged.
3. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate your request and will do our best to find a suitable alternative time.
4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will consider your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. Confirmation of Appointments: We will send you a reminder email or text message 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance.
